This authentic US Vietnam War Combat Vehicle Crewman (CVC) helmet offers a unique glimpse into the history of armored warfare. Constructed for durability and comfort, the helmet features integrated electronics designed for communication and situational awareness within the confines of a tank. This helmet features built-in headphones and an adjustable microphone, connected to the authentic SONETRONICS Model SA-1552/G transceiver mounted on the left side.
The helmet is in good condition, with the ballistic nylon main body intact and properly painted in olive drab green. While there are some minor signs of wear, the helmet remains in very good shape. The interior is relatively clean and features an intact rigging and sweatband. The earphones have intact padding, and the foam padding behind them is still soft and shows no signs of deterioration.
