Shipping policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on Monday or on the next business day.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates:
- Standard shipping takes between 1 to 5 business days in transit and is fully insured and traceable. Standard shipping costs are quoted during checkout.
- Expedited shipping within takes between 1 to 3 business days Costs are quoted during checkout. These orders ship within one business day.
Shipping services provided are USPS Priority Mail, UPS® Ground, and UPS 3 Day Select®. Shipping service options are provided at checkout when available in your area.
Shipment to APO/FPO addresses
All packages are sent USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to 3-6 days for delivery. For the best rate possible, be sure to select the United States as your country when shipping to APO/FPO addresses. We do not always receive tracking number for APO/FPO shipments. If we do receive tracking information, the package is only traceable until it is received at the military address.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Booth Camp Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages from shipping
Booth Camp Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or BoothCampCo@gmail.com. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods.
