Old-school waterproof US Army Parka, Wet Weather jacket by ORC Industries. Heavy-duty rubber-like construction with adjustable hook-and-loop cuffs, waist and hood drawstrings, and a heavy-duty metal front zipper. Oversized to fit over insulating layers, with waist pocket pass-throughs. There is some peeling on the inside, see pictures. Great for wet weather or as a durable outer layer.
